As we return to practising together in person on Mondays at Thames Sailing Club, we will follow the measures below to be as safe as possible. If you have any questions please email yoga@joannablundell.com

The class will also be held online simultaneously; you may take the class online or in person.

If you are unwell, have a positive diagnosis or are self isolating please do not come to class in person, but may join online.

When you arrive:

Please wash or sanitise your hands on arrival. Sanitiser will be provided.

Please take your shoes off in the hallway outside the yoga room. You may bring them inside. Please try to minimise bags and coats you bring into the space.

Bring your own mat, blanket and any other props you have (eg block or yoga strap). Please sanitise them before you bring them to Thames Sailing Club. 

If you do not have your own mat, please contact me in advance and I can lend you a clean, sanitised mat.

Bring your own water bottle to class, if required.

The space:

Please take advice on where to place mats.

Please wear a mask on entry and at all times when not on your yoga mat. 

Bathrooms will be open, please wash hands thoroughly after use.

Please wear a mask to use the bathroom.

I will not provide hands-on assists until further notice.

Before you arrive:

Please do not come to class if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or if you have been required to self-isolate.

Please consider washing and wearing clean clothes to practice.

After class:

Please let me know if you receive a positive diagnosis as soon as possible.
