YOGA BY THE RIVER

Yoga by the River is led by Joanna Blundell, who enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone, in beautiful settings close to nature in southwest London and Surrey. She teaches soulful vinyasa and hatha classes and leads mindfulness walks, encouraging the body to move with ease and the mind to settle.  She is a 500-hour trained yoga teacher (RYT). All classes at Thames Sailing Club, Portsmouth Road, KT6 4HH.

Monday 7.45-9pm Gentle Vinyasa: Winter term Mon Jan 14 - Mon April 8 (no class Feb 25).

First half term Jan 14 - Feb 28; second half term March 4 - April 8

Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm Restorative Yoga: Winter term Wed Jan 16 - Wed April 10 (no class Feb 27). First half term Jan 16 - Feb 20; second half term March 6 - April 10
