YOGA WITH JOANNA BLUNDELL

Make time to nourish yourself with weekly yoga! Joanna loves to share the benefits of yoga with every body, in beautiful settings close to nature in southwest London and Surrey. She teaches soulful vinyasa classes and leads mindfulness walks, encouraging the body to move with ease and the mind to settle.  She is a 500-hour trained yoga teacher. Classes are suitable for all.

CLASSES SUMMARY

Book in full term blocks or by the week. Max 12 students. Mats and blankets provided. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Mondays, 7.45-9pm. Autumn term Sept 2 - Dec 9, 2019. 14 weeks, half term Oct 21.

Soulful vinyasa flow to recharge mind and body. Moving the body to unwind tension and build strength. Yoga links each movement to the breath, which calms and focuses the mind.  Feel clearer, relaxed and strong. All welcome - classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Meet at the willow tree in the centre of the park. Experience yoga in nature, with a relaxing and energising practice, cultivating awareness of self and the environment. Suitable for all levels.
