Autumn term Monday Sept 2 - Dec 9, 2019. 14 weeks, half term Oct 21, book per term or individual classes. Booking for individual classes will open the week before term starts, subject to availability.

Soulful and gentle vinyasa flow to recharge. Moving the body to unwind tension   and build strength. Yoga links each movement to the breath, which calms and focuses the mind.  Cultivating deep attention to support the body, promoting healthy movement. Exploring individual abilities, integrate ancient yoga practices with modern movement science. 

Feel clearer, relaxed and strong, supported by a like-minded community. All welcome - classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. If you book for full term and you need to miss a class, you can make it up in another class, with advance notice. Full term is £180. Individual classes subject to availability, £15 (booking opens the week before classes start). A payment plan is possible, if you would like to discuss please email yoga@joannablundell.com

Gentle Vinyasa OUTDOORS @Fishponds Park, Surbiton, KT6 6BE

Wednesdays, Sept 4 - 25. 12.30 - 1.30pm. Four week block. **BOOKING NOW**

Meet at the willow tree in the centre of the park.

Experience yoga in nature, with a relaxing and energising practice, cultivating awareness of self and the environment. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your own mat if you have it and warm layers. There are a few spare mats.
